The project involved a new partnership with Totnes Town Council that played a part in it becoming the first Transition town council (‘This is Devon’ article).

A partnership with South Hams District Council provided solar-PV loans and grants for low-income households: that's 44% of the 141 solar-PV installations in Totnes & District.
