If you are interested in finding out more about the programme, or if you are already keen to join in, then please contact us.
The project office is also able to offer help with the following:
- Trying to match you with other people to start a new Transition Together group
- Provide you with flyers and posters to help you recruit friends and neighbours to join your group
- Provide the skills that your group may need to help it work well (see Group Skills workshops)
- Helping to resolve any conflicts or issues that arise within your group and that you cannot resolve between yourselves (we have trained conflict resolution experts who can give you advice)
- Give you some help with using this website, if you are having problems
- Provide hard copies of any materials on this website or in the workbook, both in regular or large print format
- Arrange a venue for your meetings if your own homes are not suitable or appropriate
If you need help with anything else at all, then please just ask and we'll do what we can! You can also try asking your fellow Transition Together folks by posting a message on the Transition Together noticeboard in the downstairs hallway of the Transition Town Totnes Office at 43 Fore Street, Totnes (pop in and have a look!).
